12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:45 pm, 5:30 pm, and 7:20 pm.
Players who register in advance should be at the Marshall Chess Club when their first game begins. Players who do not register in advance must register at site, at least 15 minutes before their first game. On-site registration IS ONLY ON THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT, AFTER 11:10 AM. Limit of two half-point byes available if committed to before 2 pm). Re-entry: $20.
Current membership in the U.S. Chess Federation is required of all participants (in any USCF-rated tournament). USCF membership dues may be paid when registering for the tournament, by adding the cost of a USCF membership to your entry order, on the first page. USCF Membership dues are not refundable.
Entry fees less $3 service charge refunded to players who notify the Tournament Director that they will withdraw from the tournament NO LATER THAN THE THURSDAY BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT. $5 service charge for each player refund requested on the Friday before the tournament-- BEFORE 8 pm. NO EMAIL RECEIVED AFTER 8 PM ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT.
